Born in London England, Joe is a strategist and hands on driver in delivering operational excellence, through the management of business projects, process improvement and organizational change.

With extensive International and Asia Pacific experience, Joe has a proven track record of defining and deploying best practices in operational excellence, for organizations such as British Airways, T- Mobile, Tesco Retail and RS Components.

Sanjay Chaudhari

Board Advisor, Marketing & Communications

Graduated from Clark University with an MBA in Marketing.

Currently the Senior Vice President, Regional Client Service Director – APAC Grooming at Grey Group.

He is a ‘Change Agent’ that brings significant difference to the quality of the creative work, the client relationship and the capabilities of his team.

He has had extensive international, regional and local experiences. Working with multiple Fortune 500 companies within complex matrix structure and with multiple stakeholders.

He specializes in developing brands in emerging markets as well as business and communication strategies.

Zoe Burkitt

Social Media Executive

Graduating from the University of Oxford with a BA (Hons) Oxon – Pure and Applied Biology, she published an article on climate change on the NZ Climate Change Centre website.

Stakeholder engagement and communication has been an important part of many of her roles. Thus, she is highly skilled at report and presentation writing.

Enjoys the challenge of providing interesting, innovative and well-presented technical material for all audiences.

Clarissa Phua

Business Development Executive

Currently a student in NUS pursuing a Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Finance.

As an Applicant & Incoming Associate Consultant, she mapped the landscape of early childhood intervention in Singapore and formulated an implementation strategy.

During her days as a Vice-Chairman in Siglap South Youth Executive Committee, she organized a community’s signature outreach campaign where over 1.8 million can tabs were collected to make prosthetic limbs. Winning the People’s Association Youth Movement (PAYM) Special Award in 2013.
